For our Strong CUBS program, designed for children aged 3-12, we collect a child’s information only through a parent or legal guardian never directly from the child. This includes the child’s name, age, emergency contact, and any relevant health or allergy information needed to run sessions safely.
A parent or guardian must complete registration and provide consent before a child joins any Strong CUBS session. This information is used solely by our coaching staff for safety and program purposes, and is never used for marketing.
Parents or guardians may request to access, correct, or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of this parent consented process.
